We are seeking an exceptional Cluster Executive Pastry Chef for Baron Resort and Baron Palms Sharm El Sheikh to lead and elevate our pastry operations across both luxury properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all pastry and bakery operations for both hotels.
- Develop innovative, high-quality pastry concepts aligned with brand standards.
- Ensure consistency, creativity, and excellence in product presentation and taste.
- Manage food cost, wastage control, and budgeting effectively.
- Train, mentor, and inspire pastry teams to achieve high performance.
- Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry role within luxury or five-star hotels.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- High level of creativity with a passion for innovation and quality.
- Solid knowledge of cost control, menu engineering, and operational efficiency.
- Ability to work in a multi-property (cluster) environment.
