Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Cluster Executive Pastry Chef for Baron Resort and Baron Palms Sharm El Sheikh to lead and elevate our pastry operations across both luxury properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all pastry and bakery operations for both hotels.
  • Develop innovative, high-quality pastry concepts aligned with brand standards.
  • Ensure consistency, creativity, and excellence in product presentation and taste.
  • Manage food cost, wastage control, and budgeting effectively.
  • Train, mentor, and inspire pastry teams to achieve high performance.
  • Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry role within luxury or five-star hotels.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • High level of creativity with a passion for innovation and quality.
  • Solid knowledge of cost control, menu engineering, and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work in a multi-property (cluster) environment.
