Job Description

The Cluster Front Office Manager oversees front office operations across multiple hotels within the group, ensuring consistent service standards, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences. This role provides leadership to front office teams, drives performance, and aligns daily operations with the hotel group’s brand standards and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee front office operations for all assigned properties, including reception, concierge, guest services, and bell services.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of brand standards and service excellence across the cluster.
  • Handle complex guest complaints and ensure effective service recovery.
  • Monitor guest feedback, reviews, and satisfaction scores, implementing improvement plans where needed.
  • Lead, coach, and support Front Office Managers and Supervisors across properties.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels, scheduling, and productivity management.
  • Drive training initiatives, onboarding, and continuous development of front office teams.
  • Foster a positive, service-driven culture aligned with company values.
  • Monitor departmental budgets, payroll, and cost controls across the cluster.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling, billing, and night audit processes.
  • Analyze operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Ensure consistent use of PMS and front office systems across all properties.
  • Maintain compliance with SOPs, brand standards, and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with Revenue, Housekeeping, Sales, and Maintenance to optimize room readiness and occupancy.
  • Support hotel openings, renovations, and system implementations within the cluster.
  • Identify operational efficiencies and best practices to be shared across properties.
  • Act as a key liaison between property-level teams and corporate management.
Qualifications:
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of Front Office experience, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial or cluster role.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel PMS (Opera system).
  • Proven leadership and multi-property management experience.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
