Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Cluster Marketing Manager, based in Egypt. The Cluster Marketing Manager will oversee the end-to-end development and implementation of marketing strategies for multiple locations. Key responsibilities include designing and executing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and conducting performance analysis of marketing activities. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing digital marketing initiatives, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive revenue growth and enhance brand positioning.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Planning, and Brand Management
• Experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Marketing
• Exceptional Communication, Writing, and Presentation skills
• Strong Analytical and Project Management skills
• Proficiency in Marketing Software and tools.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
• Hospitality industry experience is highly desirable
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and willingness to travel frequently within Egypt
