Summary

Role Purpose

Provide administrative and operational support to the cluster Sales team to ensure efficient processes, accurate documentation, and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage shared inboxes, RFP trackers, and appointment calendars; route inquiries appropriately.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations using approved templates/brand assets.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity: account/contact creation, merge/cleanse, activity logging, and reporting.
  • Process rate loading requests, FIT agreements, and partner setups in coordination with Reservations/Revenue.
  • Support familiarization trips, client events, and trade shows (registrations, shipments, collateral).
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, pace updates, and minutes of meetings.

KPIs

  • SLA adherence (responses, document turnaround).
  • Data accuracy & audit readiness.
  • Internal stakeholder satisfaction (Sales, Revenue, Reservations, Finance).
  • On-time reporting and meeting documentation.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–2 years in sales admin/coordinator role; fresh graduates with internships considered.
  • Strong MS Office/365 skills; proficiency with CRM/SFA preferred; Arabic & English.

Other Requirements

  • Standard office hours with flexibility around activations and events.
