Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and passionate Part-Time CMA Instructor to deliver engaging and effective training sessions for students preparing for the CMA certification. This role is ideal for working professionals or educators seeking flexible teaching hours while contributing to student success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver CMA Part 1 and/or Part 2 training sessions (evenings/weekends)
- Prepare and update teaching materials aligned with the latest CMA syllabus
- Simplify complex accounting and financial concepts for students
- Conduct mock exams, quizzes, and revision sessions
- Provide academic support and guidance to help students pass the CMA exams
- Track and report student progress and performance
- Incorporate practical examples and case studies into teaching
Qualifications & Requirements
- CMA certification (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of teaching, training, or relevant industry experience
- Strong command of management accounting, financial planning, and analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to teach in a flexible, part-time schedule (evenings/weekends)
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience teaching CMA or other professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, etc.)
- Industry experience in finance, accounting, or auditing
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms or LMS tools
