Ruh Al Fann is a small-batch artisanal house building Saudi Arabia's next iconic luxury brandrooted in heritage craftsmanship and designed for global relevance.
Our product is live and manufacturing is underway. We are now looking for a visionary co-founder to shape the brand, lead expansion, and take it global.
This is not a jobit's a founding role with meaningful equity and long-term ownership.
Role Overview
-Build and define brand identity and global positioning
-Lead partnerships, retail expansion, and fundraising
Scale operations across Saudi Arabia
-Work closely with the founder on long-term strategy
-Grow into a CEO-level leadership role
Ideal Profile
-Based in Saudi Arabia or strongly connected to the region
-Experience in luxury, brand-building, or creative ventures
-Strong network across retail, investors, or government
-Proven ability to raise capital
-Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term commitment
