Co-Founder (Entrepreneurship Summit) Equity-Only Partner Opportunity
About the opportunity
We're building an outcome-driven Entrepreneurship Summit that connects startups, investors, corporates, government, and ecosystem partners through interactive formats (deal-making, showcases, roundtables, labs).
We're looking for a Co-Founder / Partner to take full ownership of building and delivering the summit end-to-end and scaling it into a recurring flagship platform.
Important: This is equity-only (no salary)
This is not a salaried job. This is a full-time co-founder/partner opportunity compensated through equity only (no fixed salary). Equity terms will be agreed based on contribution, scope, and milestones.
What you'll own (end-to-end)
- Define summit strategy, positioning, theme pillars, and success metrics (revenue, attendance, partnerships).
- Lead commercial growth: sponsorships, exhibitors, partnerships, and ticket strategy.
- Build and manage pipelines: outreach, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
- Secure strategic partners and delegations (ecosystem, corporate, and government where relevant).
- Curate an interactive program and speaker pipeline; manage confirmations and briefing.
- Oversee operations and production: master timeline, budget, vendors, venue, registration, and onsite delivery.
- Drive marketing and PR with partners; track performance and optimize conversion.
- Lead cross-functional workstreams (sales, program, marketing, ops) with weekly reporting and decision-making.
What we're looking for
- Proven track record in sponsorships/partnerships, event leadership, or ecosystem building.
- Strong ownership mindset, clear communication, and stakeholder management.
- Operational discipline: timelines, budgets, vendor management, and delivery under pressure.
- Ability to commit full-time and operate in a fast-paced build environment.
Work model
Full-time, hybrid, with onsite leadership required during key milestones and event week.
