Co-Founder & Head of Capital Markets

Compensation: 90-Day Sweat Equity (7-Figure Vested Equivalent) Full Market Salary + CFO Appointment post-Series A.
The Mandate
Oati has been founder-funded to date, successfully hardening its global infrastructure and securing $26M USD in ARR. We are now entering the Series A Sprint. Your primary objective is to lead the Bridge Round and architect the Series A close by the end of April 2026, targeting a valuation of $150M $200M USD.
Key Responsibilities
- Bridge to Series A: Immediate leadership of the bridge round, leveraging existing institutional relationships to secure working capital.
- VC Diplomacy: Managing the full lifecycle of the Series A round, including pitch strategy, data room governance, and valuation negotiation.
- Regulatory Liaison: Operating within the strictures of the CBUAE, DFSA, and FSRA. You must navigate the Regulatory Roadmap to ensure Oati's internal escrow and ledger systems remain beyond reproach during due diligence.
- Financial Architecture: Designing the capital structure that supports Oati's expansion into global markets while maintaining the Arbitrage that drives our 12x+ multiple.
The Ideal Profile
- Regulated Environment Native: You have a proven track record in a CFO or Capital Markets role within a Tier-1 regulated financial institution or a high-growth Fintech. You understand that in our world, compliance is the product.
- The Architect Mindset: You don't just find money; you understand how to structure it to preserve Oati's Operational Sovereignty.
The Opportunity:
- Sweat-to-Scale: The first 90 days are sweat equity. This period is structured to vest a 7-figure equity stake at our current valuation.
- The Pivot: Upon the successful close of the Series A, you will transition to a full market-rate salary and be appointed Group CFO.
- The Market: Based in the UAE, you will lead our engagement with regional and global VCs, navigating the rigorous regulatory scrutiny required for our MAS/FCA roadmap.
