Emireq is building a trusted digital infrastructure for the global halal and Islamic economy, covering Islamic finance, compliant marketplaces, due diligence, governance, accounting, and investment rails.

Our mission is to become the global operating system for Shariah-aligned commerce and financetransparent, compliant, and scalable across jurisdictions.

We are seeking a Co-Founder with Investment who brings both capital and strategic leadership. This is not a symbolic title. The role involves active ownership, decision-making authority, and long-term commitment to building a global platform.

The ideal candidate combines:

• Investor mindset
• Founder execution capability
• Regulatory and governance awareness
• Network leverage (investors, institutions, governments, or enterprises)

• Co-define Emireq's vision, roadmap, and global expansion strategy
• Participate in board-level decisions, governance, and long-term planning
• Shape market entry strategies across GCC, UK, EU, and Asia

• Make a direct equity investment into Emireq
• Support future fundraising rounds (angels, family offices, institutions)
• Assist in structuring Shariah-compliant funding models
• Oversee financial discipline, runway planning, and capital allocation

• Open doors to:
• Strategic investors
• Financial institutions
• Regulators & ecosystem partners
• Enterprise clients
• Build high-trust partnerships with auditors, legal firms, and compliance bodies

• Strengthen Shariah governance, regulatory alignment, and compliance frameworks
• Help position Emireq as a credible, regulator-friendly platform
• Ensure transparency, accountability, and investor confidence

• Advise leadership team on execution priorities
• Mentor senior executives
• Support hiring of key leadership roles when required

• Proven experience as:
• Founder / Co-Founder / Senior Executive OR
• Angel / VC / Family Office Principal OR
• Senior leader in finance, fintech, or regulated industries
• Ability to make a meaningful financial investment
• Strong understanding of risk, governance, and long-term value creation
• Willingness to actively contribute time, network, and leadership

• Experience in Islamic finance, fintech, marketplaces, or regulated platforms
• Familiarity with Shariah compliance, AML/KYC, or financial regulations
• Strong network in GCC, UK, EU, or Southeast Asia
• Track record of scaling startups or platforms globally

• Founder-level equity (not employee options)
