Gulf Casting Agency has immediate new & exciting internship positions at it's office in Riyadh, we are looking for talented team players in the following fields Events, Engineering Marketing, Information Technology, Public Relations, Media & Finance:
1) Construction Engineer (Events & Exhibitions):
- Identifying clients requirements and expectations for each project.
- Works under minimal supervision, designs, constructs, installs and repairs booth structures.
- Knowledge of electricity implementation and distribution.
- Integrating screens and high-tech material with booth structure.
- Supervise sophisticated decoration and painting and booth finishing.
- Brainstorming and implementing event & exhibitions concepts and themes.
- Preparing and allocating proper project budgets.
- Coordinating all logistical elements of the event.
- Managing set-up, tear-down, and clean-up operations.
2) Sales Executive (Events & Exhibitions):
- You will be responsible to sell the agency services, which includes events and exhibitions.
- Grow both new and existing local corporate accounts
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about the area
- Use your flair and individuality to drive sales and create connections with the local and regionally.
- Meet your sales targets while driving standards and productivity
- Ensure all KPIs are exceeded on a daily and monthly basis
- Represent the hotel and restaurant at networking events
- Maximise lead generation (new and existing business) across all channels.
- Proactively seek out new business, raising the profile of the agency both locally and regionally
3) Events Specialist / Planner:
- Identifying clients requirements and expectations for each event.
- Brainstorming and implementing event concepts and themes.
- Preparing event budgets and processing invoices.
- Preparing technical and financial documentation for the project.
- Benchmark and always create new ideas and concepts.
- Researching and booking venues.
- Organizing suppliers, caterers, staff, and entertainment.
- Coordinating all logistical elements of the event.
- Managing set-up, tear-down, and clean-up operations.
4) Events & Exhibitions 3D Designers :
- To produce 3D design and layout plans for events, exhibition, booth, stalls, props and other similar structures.
- Able to work within the timeline and budget.
- Reviewing and improving existing 3D designs.
- Creating documentation for new and revised 3D concepts
- Communicating with clients to understand project requirements and create specific designs.
- Creating various design layouts and concepts for projects with CAD tools
- Creating primary drawings and concepts for final selections made by a client
- Offering guidance and recommendations for existing 3D designs
- Determining the right materials, engineering practices and product parts for events, exhibition, booth, stalls, props and other similar structures
- Liaising with clients and presenting new designs in an easy to understand way
- Collaborating with others during team meetings
- Creating informative resources to pair with drawings
5) App/Web Developer:
- Knowledge in App & website development, front-end and back-end.
- Knowledge in developing notifications, user profiles and job posts.
- Knowledge in running cost effective scripts with huge media files.
- Can multitask between production, events and casting.
- Knowledge of App development and Mobile development scripts.
- Has a good portfolio of website development.
- interest in the media and marketing industry is a plus.
6) Accountant:
- Preparing Invoices and Quotations.
- Entering daily transactions using accounting system.
- Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
- Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities.
- Maintaining accurate financial records.
- Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
- Computing taxes.
- Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
- Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
7) 2D Designer:
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop presentations, illustrations, logos, and other designs using software
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Professional Adobe Illustrator, Auto Cad 2D and Kitchen Draw user, Auto Cad 3D is preferred.
