Supervise all project milestones and ensures with team leads that they are achieved.
Interdisciplinary arrangement for coastal engineering design functions and modelling.
Manage the design and evaluation of tender proposal and/or project design.
Review and ensure appropriate resource and costs utilization by consultants.
Ensure the optimisation of all research and development activities related to coastal engineering.
Supervise and review the coastal engineering design deliverables within deadline and budget available.
Ensure that advanced tools, technologies and techniques are implemented for coastal section and plans enhancements of capabilities through internal/external training.
Ensure high quality of deliverables, meeting safety and environmental standards.
Monitor key project deliverables and participate in all project plans and facilitate to develop effective project schedules.
Analyse projects and develop all budgets and schedule for coastal projects.
Supervise and provides support to emergency activities in coastal regions.
Stimulate a result-oriented organizational culture by regularly sharing the division's performance and results.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, and preferably an advanced degree in Coastal/marine Engineering and sciences.
Minimum 15-20 years of experience in Coastal Engineering modelling and Design, in related industries
Proven leadership in technical teams and complex projects
