Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Cold Caller at RPRSNT.Co. The Cold Caller will be responsible for engaging prospective clients through outbound calls, creating professional and positive first impressions for the brand. Key responsibilities include generating qualified leads, building rapport with potential clients, understanding their real estate needs, and documenting essential information accurately. The role may also involve updating and maintaining detailed records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in verbal communication, active listening, and building rapport with prospective clients.
  • Knowledgeable in sales strategies, lead generation, and cold calling practices.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with time management and self-motivation skills.
  • Prior experience in real estate, customer service, or sales is advantageous.
  • Problem-solving and objection-handling skills to effectively address client concerns.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or experience in sales is a plus.
