Master-Works is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the position of Cold Caller. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and generating leads through effective phone communication. Your persuasive skills and ability to build rapport over the phone will be crucial in driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Job Summary

A Cold Calling Specialist the one who s drives new business by making high-volume outbound calls to identify and qualify potential clients, introducing software solutions, overcoming objections, and setting appointments for the sales team, requiring strong communication, persistence, CRM skills, and a focus on hitting targets to build a robust sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Proactively call potential clients (B2B prospects) to introduce software products/services
  • Lead Generation: Identify decision-makers, research companies, and qualify leads through effective questioning
  • Pitching & Value Prop: Clearly explain software features, benefits, and how they solve customer problems
  • Objection Handling: Confidently address concerns and move conversations forward
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule demos, meetings, or calls between qualified leads and the sales team
  • CRM Management: Accurately log calls, update prospect info, and track outcomes in the CRM
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments
  • Collaboration: Work with sales & marketing to refine strategies and provide feedback.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 1-3+ years in cold calling, B2B sales, or lead generation, preferably in tech/software
  • Communication: Excellent verbal, listening, and persuasion skills
  • Mindset: Resilient, positive, and persistent, able to handle rejection
  • Tech: Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic computer apps
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with sales pipelines and software solutions is a plus.

Position Metrics & KPIs

  • Number of calls made daily/weekly
  • Number of qualified leads generated
  • Number of appointments/demos booked
  • Conversion rates (calls to meetings).
