We are seeking an experienced Collaboration Engineer L2 with 5+ years of experience in Unified Communications and collaboration systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting communication platforms, ensuring system stability, performance, and seamless collaboration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Unified Communication systems (IP Telephony, Video/Audio Conferencing, Messaging).
Operate and maintain Contact Center systems and troubleshoot related issues.
Perform regular system updates and patching to ensure stability and security.
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and take corrective actions.
Manage and renew security certificates related to communication services.
Raise incident tickets and escalate issues to vendors when required.
Support Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (DR) plans for collaboration platforms.
Document configurations and technical procedures and ensure continuous updates.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
Strong experience in Unified Communications administration and management.
At least 3 years of experience in operating and maintaining Video Management Systems.
CCNP certification is required.
Cisco Cyber Operations certification is preferred.
ITIL v4 certification is required.
Hands-on experience in CCTV administration and management.
Hands-on experience in IP Telephony administration and management.
Arabic speaker is required.
