Job description:
Job Overview
you will be managing the full post-sale payment lifecycle for our real estate portfolio across the UAE
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and track customer payment schedules across active accounts
• Follow up proactively via calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
• Prepare and dispatch payment reminders, account statements, and default notices
• Negotiate structured payment plans and settlements within company policy
• Coordinate with Sales and Legal teams on delayed and default cases
• Escalate chronic defaulters and support legal proceedings when required
• Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain clean records
• Deliver regular aging analysis, collection status reports, and cash flow forecasts
• Ensure full compliance with UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and contract terms
Requirements
• Strong working knowledge of UAE property law and RERA guidelines
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Proficient in ERP/CRM tools and MS Excel
• Detail-oriented, target-driven, and highly organized
