Collections Officer

We are hiring a Collections & Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team in Dubai. This role focuses on Accounts Receivable, customer collections, payment tracking, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience in collections, and hands-on SAP experience.

• Manage customer accounts, outstanding invoices, and collections follow-ups.
• Prepare and review Accounts Receivable aging reports.
• Record customer payments and transactions in SAP.
• Generate weekly and monthly collections reports for management.
• Resolve payment discrepancies, disputes, and short payments.
• Support Accounts Payable and treasury operations when required.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• 24 years of UAE experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Accounting.
• Experience handling Accounts Payable, treasury, and financial controls.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• SAP experience is mandatory.
