Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Officer based in Sharjah. The Collections Officer will be responsible for managing debt recovery processes, analyzing client accounts, identifying and resolving payment discrepancies, and maintaining positive client relationships. The role involves direct communication with clients to negotiate payment plans and ensure timely repayment. As part of the finance team, the Collections Officer will also contribute to improving internal processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Debt Collection and Finance operations
• Proficient Analytical Skills to assess financial data and identify discrepancies
• Effective Customer Service and Communication skills for interaction with clients and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using financial systems and software
• Prior experience in debt collection and financial management is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage

• Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken & written) is required.
• Experience: Minimum 23 years experience in collections, accounts receivable, customer service, or debt recovery (preferably in manpower supply, contracting, or services industry).
• Should be having valid Driving License
