Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Specialist, based in Cairo. Responsibilities include engaging with clients to collect overdue payments, managing and tracking outstanding debts, and developing effective repayment plans. Manage a portfolio and ensure collections are handled efficiently. Conduct outbound calls and Negotiate payment.

Requirements:

• Previous sales or collections experience is A MUST.
• FLUENT ENGLISH LEVEL ( B2+/ C1 ) as we communicate with the US Market ONLY.
• Undergraduates with no commitments can apply.
• Flexible to work ON-SITE FROM 4 PM TILL 1 AM IN NASR CITY. fixed days off Saturdays and Sundays.
