United Elevators is hiring a
Collections Specialist to join our Finance team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 35 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Collections
- Previous experience in construction or real estate companies is preferred
- Strong knowledge of collections cycles, invoicing, and customer accounts
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and negotiation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections
- Maintain accurate customer accounts and aging reports
- Coordinate with sales, projects, and finance teams regarding payments
- Prepare periodic collections and receivables reports
- Resolve billing and payment discrepancies with clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Work Location: Industrial Area, New Cairo
