In this critical role, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and the wider Commercial team, ensuring smooth operations, effective tracking of tasks and meetings, and seamless internal communication across the Commercial function.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CCO and Commercial team
Prepare, translate, and review documents in Arabic and English
Track project milestones and meeting action points
Support the preparation of presentations, reports, proposals, and commercial documentation
Coordinate communications between internal and external stakeholders
Assist with contract administration and commercial agreements
Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism
Drive process improvements to enhance team efficiency
What We're Looking For: 35 years of administrative/executive support experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience working in multinational, multicultural environments
A proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach
