Job Description

Job Purpose:

To drive product visibility and market performance by linking brand strategies with field execution. The Commercial Product Manager acts as the key interface between Marketing, Sales, and Key Accounts to ensure effective brand presence, trade activation, and commercial growth across pharmacy chains and major accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial plans that align with brand and sales objectives for assigned product lines.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key pharmacy chains and strategic customers (e.g. El Ezaby, Seif, Roshdy, White Pharmacies).
  • Lead in-field marketing initiatives, ensuring brand visibility, in-store execution, and compliance with promotional standards.
  • Analyze market data, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure availability, distribution, and achievement of trade marketing KPIs.
  • Prepare annual commercial calendars, including product launches, visibility plans, and seasonal promotions.
  • Manage promotional budgets efficiently and evaluate the ROI of commercial and trade activities.
  • Act as the key point of contact between Marketing and Key Accounts for product performance feedback and activation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the PR and Communication teams to enhance brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Support training for sales and merchandising teams regarding product knowledge, branding, and trade guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • 46 years of experience in Commercial, Trade Marketing, or Product Management roles within the derma, cosmetics, or FMCG sector.
  • Proven record of managing relationships with major pharmacy accounts and retail chains.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong PR and networking ability with a proactive, field-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent command of English and MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel locally for field visits and account meetings.
