Role Objective:
Drive sustainable sales growth and build a strong brand presence in Jeddah and across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), with future expansion into GCC markets. The role focuses on opening distribution channels, building strategic partnerships, leveraging strong public relations, and ensuring sales are converted into effectively collected revenues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the commercial and sales strategy across Jeddah and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia..
2. Open, manage, and expand distribution channels (pharmacies, beauty stores, retail chains, Saudi e-commerce platforms, and specialty retailers).
3. Negotiate and close agreements with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
4. Lead sales operations and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
5. Follow up on collections from clients and distributors in coordination with management.
6. Ensure compliance with agreed payment terms and credit conditions.
Build and manage strong relationships with:
- Purchasing managers and retail chains across Saudi Arabia.
- Distributors and wholesalers operating in KSA.
- Influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the Saudi beauty and cosmetics market.
7. Represent the brand in meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
8. Propose and implement commercial initiatives to support sales performance.
Monitor Saudi beauty and cosmetics market trends, competitors, pricing structures, and growth opportunities across major cities.
9. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, collections, and overall commercial results.
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
1. 57 years of experience in Cosmetics / Beauty / FMCG.
2. Proven experience in:
- Business Development.
- Sales Management.
- Market entry and expansion.
3. Strong background in key account management and commercial collections.
4. Established network and strong public relations across Saudi Arabia, particularly Jeddah, Riyadh, and major retail hubs.
5. Ability to develop business across multiple regions in Saudi Arabia (Western Region, Riyadh, Eastern Province).
6. Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
7. Strong leadership, communication, and brand representation abilities.
8. Results-driven commercial mindset.
9. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
