My name is Palak, and I am a Senior Consultant at Outsized (www.outsized.com). We match clients to high-quality independent consultants and boutique firms for the execution of their key projects. We're working with some of the largest financial services, PE, and consulting brands globally.
Our client a Global Payments Firm is currently carrying out projects with multiple banking and financial services players in the Middle East region. To support with this our client is looking to onboard experienced Commercial Cards Sales Manager to join their team. These individuals would be required drive the launch and growth of a commercial card products in the UAE, Qatar and GCC markets. This role will focus on acquiring large and mid-market corporate clients, building strategic partnerships, and delivering revenue growth aligned with the company's expansion objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build, grow, and manage a pipeline of commercial card opportunities with financial institutions and large corporates, driving revenue growth, conversion, and customer activation.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and training sessions for partners and clients, engaging directly with corporates to win new business.
- Partner closely with banks to identify opportunities, define prospects, and engage key stakeholders for program success.
- Support onboarding and ensure smooth activation, adoption, and usage of commercial card programs.
- Monitor results, share regular updates with management, and recommend improvements to accelerate growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide structured feedback for product enhancements.
KPIs:
- New client acquisition and GDV growth within first 12 months.
- Revenue contribution from targeted verticals (Travel, MICE, Digital Services).
- Client satisfaction and retention metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
- 6+ years of proven sales and business development experience in commercial/corporate cards.
- Strong understanding of B2B payment flows and commercial card business models.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills (English required; Arabic a plus).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with high energy and initiative.
These are contractual roles with a duration of 12 months, and these roles are based in GCC (UAE, Qatar, KSA) and Pakistan regions.
