We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Consultant who is driven, customer focused, able to work well under pressure and can use their own initiative.
Key Requirements
- Obtain through key contacts good investment opportunities to purchase/lease ready properties
- To ensure property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies
- Liaising with clients in order to accommodate their rental requirements until such time as the appropriate property is found
- Prepare lease agreement and all necessary documents
- Following up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up-to-date information is available for entry into relevant database programs
Skills & Professional Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in creating & presenting weekly/monthly leasing reports
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ensuring an effective working relationship with owners, developers and clients
- Maintaining accurate records on properties, clients, and landlords
