Commercial Contract Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Contract Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing and optimizing our contractual and commercial operations.

This role is ideal for professionals who can balance legal expertise with commercial insight to drive business success and minimize risk.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and manage contracts and contract templates

Oversee the full contract lifecycle from initiation to closure

Provide legal interpretation and guidance to internal stakeholders

Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks

Lead and support contract negotiations with clients and partners

Implement and optimize contract management and automation tools
