The primary mission is to drive the organization's growth, profitability, and market presence by developing and implementing strategic commercial plans. This involves balancing strategic decision-making with stakeholder expectations, expanding e-commerce, exploring new distribution channels, and growing scattered pharmacies and call centers. It also includes revising the on-field team's job missions and incentive schemes. Tracking the profitability of each channel and POS, aligning cross-functionally, managing market volatility, ensuring regulatory compliance, and focusing on team development are key challenges. Success requires strong leadership skills in people management and development.
ROLE AND AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES
To drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
To lead cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, regulatory, and product development, to ensure cohesive execution and to lead sales force management and sales force effectiveness.
To analyze market data, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform pricing, product launches, and promotional strategies.
To negotiate contracts with key clients, retailers, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and long-term relationships.
To ensure compliance with regional and international cosmetic regulations, especially for claims, labeling, and product safety.
To monitor commercial performance using KPIs and adjust strategies to meet financial targets and brand objectives.
To collaborate with R&D and innovation teams to guide product development based on market demand and dermatological trends.
To oversee budget planning, forecasting, and cost control to maintain profitability and operational efficiency.
To represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
To mentor and develop the commercial team to build a high-performance culture focused on results and innovation.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education/Degree: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Background, including total years of experience:
10+ years of experience in commercial roles such as sales, business development, or strategic planning.
At least 5 years in senior management or leadership roles.
Technical skills: Tools Management, Project & Process Management, Data analysis and interpretation, Financial modelling and budgeting
Languages: Fluent in English, Arabic is mandatory.
