Commercial & Contracts Director Real Estate Development (Dubai)
Salary: AED 75,000 all-in per month + performance bonus

About the Role
We are working with a growing real estate development company with a strong pipeline of residential and mixed-use projects. We are seeking a hands-on Commercial Director who can lead all commercial, cost, and procurement activities across the development lifecycle.
Candidates must have worked for a development company in the UAE or have direct UAE project experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance for all projects.
- Manage development appraisals, feasibilities, cost plans, and cashflows.
- Oversee procurement, tendering, and contract negotiations with consultants and contractors.
- Drive value engineering, cost control, and variation/claims management.
- Support project delivery teams to ensure budgets, timelines, and commercial objectives are met.
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, authorities, and investors.
Requirements
- 1015+ years experience, with mandatory UAE development experience (developer background required).
- Strong commercial, cost management, and procurement expertise.
- Proven track record delivering residential or mixed-use projects from inception to completion.
- Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related field; MRICS preferred.
