Role:
Commercial Director's role is to lead company to develop consistent growth and profitable business and act as business partner to achieve business strategies and shareholders goals. He has all commercial & sales team within business unit divisions direct reporting to him/her as contracting Operation & Maintenance Products. He will perform the following duties personally or through subordinate.
Accountabilities:
Lead the development of effective Sales long term strategies & plans to deliver consistent growth & profitability.
Create customer focus strategies and plans that reflect a thorough understanding of how the business operates, and translate strategies into plans that can be effectively executed through the different segment & channels.
Ensure to maintain & build effective relations with all key customers and generate business opportunities. He will be responsible for building the business development & sales capability to achieve the business objectives.
Develop executable Business Plan (BP) & creates a plan to support execution requirement using S.M.A.R.T. objectives.
Analyzing & leveraging data on Customers & competitors to develop wining Customer propositions and sound commercial plans.
Build high performance sales team to execute end to end sales including outreach, getting alignment, negotiation, closing deals & implementation.
Build strong collaborative relationship with other internal stakeholders.
Lead the development of the Sales best practice applying knowledge of core business processes through policies & procedures & software applications.
Leverage knowledge of core/support business parties & economics to make decisions that result in positive financial outcomes.
Measures:
Achievement of financial targets for growth & profit, cash flow on time.
Compliance with the business plan.
Achievement of sales targets & customer satisfaction indicators.
Execution of the strategic priorities per scope/function/cost & time.
Skills:
15-20 years of relative experience with technical/engineering background.
Financial system economic for decisions that results in positive financial outcomes.
Effectively establish & use formal and informal networks to accomplish business objectives.
Demonstrate positive leadership role, team involvement and generate excitement for organization mission to effect morale & productivity, develop others by fostering development and coaching
