Abu Dhabi Aviation Training Center (ADATC) is Hiring!
ADATC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial & Finance Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support departmental operations by managing administrative, finance, and MIS-related activities while working closely with the Head of Department and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain the new software system for invoicing and accounting.
- Assist with monthly invoicing, accounting, MIS formalities, and client-based training invoices.
- Ensure accurate documentation and support month-end closing processes.
- Manage petty cash and approve third-party service provider invoices.
- Maintain departmental stock levels and resources.
- Support the Training Superintendent and ADATC Directors with budgeting, transport schedules, and daily administrative tasks.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Commercial & Administration Director.
Ideal Candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional proficiency in MS Office.
- Minimum 5 years experience in accounts, finance, or similar roles in medium to large organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize processes and resolve operational challenges.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate effectively with senior executives and key stakeholders.
