Job Description

Abu Dhabi Aviation Training Center (ADATC) is Hiring!

ADATC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial & Finance Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support departmental operations by managing administrative, finance, and MIS-related activities while working closely with the Head of Department and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain the new software system for invoicing and accounting.
  • Assist with monthly invoicing, accounting, MIS formalities, and client-based training invoices.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and support month-end closing processes.
  • Manage petty cash and approve third-party service provider invoices.
  • Maintain departmental stock levels and resources.
  • Support the Training Superintendent and ADATC Directors with budgeting, transport schedules, and daily administrative tasks.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Commercial & Administration Director.

Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional proficiency in MS Office.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in accounts, finance, or similar roles in medium to large organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize processes and resolve operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate effectively with senior executives and key stakeholders.
