Your Tasks
Financial Analysis
- Controls, analyses & plans the commercial financials including the sell in , IMS, trade spend & distributor stocks and tracks performance vs target and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Prepares and presents financial reports of variances vs targets
- builds Price, volume & mix Analysis and highlights deviations from targets and recommends actions for to go period.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes of sales KPIs in collaboration with sales team.
- building Promo financial plan with Sales and S&CM teams
- Responsible for reporting the Annual plan and forecasts on the reporting tool TM1
Business Partnering
- Acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing financial advice and support.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives.
- Conducts & steers monthly business performance review with top management providing informed analysis and commentaries on performance and highlights Opps & Risks and recommends in collaboration with business partners the course of actions for the YTG to land on full year plan.
- Contributes in the pricing process in coordination with Sales & Marketing teams, and revisits it when needed and develops a rationalization analysis of the portfolio to ensure profitable mix.
Performance Management
- Tracks actual sales & trade spend performance vs target.
- Pre-evaluates & signs off on the monthly Promo memo based on each channel plan by sub-category and highlights deviations vs budget if any.
- Conducts regular reviews of business performance against targets.
- Responsible for Net sale price evolution by brand through building and maintain a healthy VCA.
- Reviews all commercial contracts and trade spend claims and ensure is in-line with budget.
- Supports S& OP through active participation in monthly sales forecast
- Monthly, Quarterly & annually analysis for COGS and marks development vs PY and deviation vs plan and recommend actions to improve efficiency
- Ensures monthly closing distributors stocks are in-line with sell-in & sell-out
- Manages relationship with distributors.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within financial operations.
- Support the implementation of best practices in financial management.
- Ensure risk control matrix is in place for the Net sales area gross to net
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional qualification (e.g. CMA, CFA, CPA) preferred.
- Minimum 4- 7 years of experience in controlling and planning in Multinational FMCG environment with at least 3 years focus on commercial finance or business partnering.
- SAP experience is mandatory
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English are mandatory.

- Analytical & detailed eye on details
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated & result-oriented.
- Expert in MS Office applications specially (Excel & Power Point)
