Job Purpose:​

The Finance Manager for Group Services will be assisting the Head of Corporate Finance in overseeing financial planning, reporting, and cost control across more than 20 cost centers. This role is key in conducting P&L analysis, contributing to budgeting processes, producing KPI reports, and ensuring strong financial governance. It also involves close collaboration with functional teams to address operational finance issues. Additionally, the position plays a role in developing and implementing reporting tools, financial systems, and process enhancements to improve transparency and accountability within Group Services.​


Key Responsibilities:


  • analyze and discuss monthly P&L reports with function heads, highlighting key variances, trends, and cost anomalies ​
  • collect inputs from cost center holders and analyse trends to support the preparation of annual and monthly budgets and forecasts for Group Services​
  • assist in preparing business cases and scenario analyses for functional projects; maintain ROI tracking and monitor project performance against assumptions​
  • engage directly with cost center holders to clarify P&L items, resolve budget queries, and support compliance with cost controls.​
  • Assist in designing and implementing cost center structures, recharge models, and accounting frameworks for standard costs.​
  • support preparing monthly KPI reports, providing insight into functional performance and cost trends across Group Services.​


Required Qualifications & Experience:​

  • minimum 5 years of managerial experience in commercial/analytical roles​
  • advanced skills in Excel and Business Intelligence Analytical tools​
  • strong communicator at all levels​
  • must have attention to detail​


Desirable Skills & Experience:​

  • experience working in the UAE​
  • certifications in Finance
