Your role :This is not a reporting desk job. It's the commercial backbone of operations, where finance meets factory, and strategy meets supply chain. If you've walked the floor of a plant, sat in on NPD costing debates, and steered P&L decisions across borders- this one's for you.
You'll partner across supply chain, manufacturing, and finance to bring structure, foresight, and commercial discipline to operational decisions. From forecasting to factory controls, from CAPEX to cost modeling, your work will anchor how the business grows and operates. This is a role for someone who thrives in complex environments, has sharp costing instincts, and can influence without the spotlight. You will travel a lot in the role as you cover Middle East ,Africa, APAC and part of Latam
What You'll Be Doing
- Own forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for multi-country operations
- Partner on CAPEX evaluations, factory investments, and ROI tracking
- Challenge operational assumptions with structured, data-backed insights
- Standardize costing, monitor variances, and track production performance
- Support NPD with clear cost logic and margin intelligence
- Lead risk and internal control frameworks - you'll be the first line of defense
- Drive reporting accuracy and help the business cut through the noise
What You Bring
- 12 to 15 years of finance leadership in manufacturing-driven FMCG
- Experience with plant controlling, regional supply chain finance, or BU ops finance
- Qualified accountant (CA, CPA, CMA or equivalent)
- Strong grip on costing (standard costing, ABC, variance), CAPEX accounting, and BI tools (Power BI, SAP)
- Ability to zoom in and zoom out - you can talk shop with factory heads and align with global finance
- Resilience, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset
