A leading international law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its high-performing and growing commercial technology practice in the Middle East. The team is open to individuals from the UK and other commonwealth jurisdictions and offers the chance to build an international profile in a global firm.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with highly regarded partners on sophisticated cross-border mandates spanning commercial contracts, technology transformation, outsourcing, data and digital regulation.

The practice advises multinational corporates, financial institutions, government entities, telecoms businesses, technology providers and major regional groups on strategic and business-critical projects.

The team is particularly active on complex sourcing and outsourcing arrangements, cloud and digital transformation programmes, technology procurement, licensing, fintech and payments projects, data governance, AI and emerging technology issues, and evolving regulatory frameworks across the region. It is also regularly instructed on market-leading transactions involving innovative and first-to-market digital products.

You will:

• Be England & Wales or possess an equivalent common law qualification with at least 2 years PQE
• Have trained with a reputable international or national law firm and gained PQE in commercial contracts, technology, outsourcing, data/privacy or digital regulatory matters
• Have an interest in international work and relocation to the Middle East
