Summary Of Role
The Commercial Manager is responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies that support the company's growth objectives, with a particular focus on Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) operations and Web3/Crypto-related initiatives. The role requires cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue, enhance partner and user engagement, and ensure commercial sustainability across various market segments. This position plays a key role in aligning commercial planning with the broader strategic direction of the organization.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITY
- Design, implement, and oversee MLM commercial frameworks, including compensation plans, performance structures, and growth incentives.
- Bring products and services to market as selected by senior management.
- Analyze sales and financial data to monitor performance and guide decision-making.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment with commercial initiatives.
- Evaluate market trends and competitor offerings to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and negotiate terms with third-party partners and vendors.
- Ensure that all commercial practices are compliant with regulatory requirements, especially in the crypto and decentralized ecosystem.
- Develop internal processes to support the scalability of commercial activities across regions.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on commercial performance, forecasts, and risks.
Experience / Personal Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of MLM experience.
- In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and Web3 business models.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with compliance standards relevant to crypto, MLM, and digital finance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
