We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join our team and lead end-to-end commercial activities, tendering processes, and client growth initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the tendering cycle from AZ, including technical and commercial submissions.
- Prepare pricing models, BOQs, and cost structures for soft servicesespecially cleaning.
- Identify new business opportunities and support Business Development activities to expand market presence.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor mapping, and feasibility studies for new contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, tendering platforms, and CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 57 years of experience in Facilities Management (FMS) with a strong focus on soft services cleaning
- Strong knowledge of pricing, costing, and proposal development for cleaning contracts
- Familiarity with tendering portals, CRM systems, and FM industry standards.
- Arabic and English fluency is required.
