Main Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential partners using a mix of traditional and digital channels, including cold outreach, LinkedIn, email marketing, and industry events.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Own individual revenue targets that contribute to the larger regional targets. Collaborate closely with the Commercial Director to pitch, negotiate, and close high-value deals.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain a portfolio of strategic commercial partnerships (sponsors, brands, media) with a focus on long-term value and recurring revenue.
- Market Intelligence & Lead Qualification: Use market research tools, digital analytics platforms, and competitive benchmarking to identify and qualify high-potential leads.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain and optimize the CRM database to ensure accurate segmentation, pipeline visibility, and effective partner targeting.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or strategic partnerships within the sports sector.
- Strong knowledge of prospecting and lead generation techniques, with the ability to sell high-value solutions (sponsorships, digital activations).
- Understanding sports business ecosystems and digital landscape, with the ability to bridge the two.
- Excellent communication skills; analytical mindset to interpret market data and campaign results to optimize commercial approaches.
- Native arabic, fluent English.
