Purpose of Job
To lead and drive retail sales performance and commercial profitability across all retail branches by developing sales strategies, managing store performance, optimizing pricing and product mix, and ensuring excellent customer experience in alignment with brand standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement retail sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Translate commercial objectives into actionable store-level sales plans.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across all branches.
- Ensure alignment between retail strategy, marketing campaigns, and inventory availability.
- Oversee sales performance of store managers and sales teams.
- Set sales targets and KPIs for stores and individual roles.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance and customer experience.
- Identify underperforming stores and implement corrective action plans.
- Work closely with Merchandising and Finance on pricing strategies.
- Manage promotional calendars and seasonal campaigns.
- Optimize product assortment across gold, diamond, jewelry, and art pieces.
- Ensure proper display and storytelling of high-value and exclusive items.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-end customer experience across stores.
- Analyze customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction metrics.
- Support implementation of loyalty programs and VIP customer initiatives.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of retail sales staff.
- Coach store managers on sales leadership and performance management.
- Promote upselling, cross-selling, and clienteling best practices.
- Analyze sales trends, footfall, conversion rates, and average ticket size.
- Prepare performance reports and recommendations for senior management.
- Coordinate with Inventory, Supply Chain, and Finance to reduce stock aging and maximize turnover.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 812 years of experience in retail sales or commercial management.
- Strong experience managing multi-branch retail operations.
- Experience in luxury retail, jewelry, gold, or high-value products is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in English
