Commercial Manager Trading Division (Oil & Gas / ADNOC Focus)

Abu Dhabi Engineering & Trading Group of Est. (Tawam) is seeking a senior Commercial Manager to lead and professionalize our Trading Division.

This is a leadership role for an experienced operator not a sales role and not an administrative position.

We represent international OEMs and supply engineered industrial equipment into ADNOC and other strategic government clients.

We are looking for someone who has directly managed commercial execution in an industrial trading business and understands the realities of margin control, tender pricing, working capital pressure, and supplier coordination.

Your Mandate

You will take full ownership of the day-to-day commercial and operational management of the Trading Division, including:

Leading complex RFQs and tender submissions

Reviewing commercial terms and managing risk exposure

Protecting and improving gross margins

Managing OEM relationships and pricing alignment

Overseeing order execution from PO to delivery

Improving receivables cycle and working capital discipline

Building structured reporting and performance dashboards

Minimum Requirements (Please Apply Only If You Meet These)

10+ years in industrial trading / oil & gas supply

Direct experience with ADNOC tendering and commercial structures

Experience owning margin or P&L responsibility

Proven record of improving commercial processes

Currently based in UAE

Candidates without ADNOC / UAE industrial trading experience will not be considered.
