Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities as follows
- Lead all post-contract commercial activities for assigned projects
- Manage cost control, budgeting, and forecasting in line with project delivery targets.
- Administer contracts and subcontracts, including payment applications, variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Evaluate and manage changes in scope, ensuring accurate and timely submission of variations and claims.
- Monitor project progress and assess the financial impact of delays, disruptions, and other commercial risks.
- Conduct regular commercial reporting
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and legal requirements.
- Facilitate dispute resolution and manage claim submissions where necessary.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in leading structural engineering teams on construction sites.
- In-depth knowledge of structural codes, standards, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
