What you'll do:
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered with a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.
The Commercial Operations Executive acts to manage the inventory of the assigned category, create items posted on the website as well as contacting sellers and solve any raised issue.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory, inventory health, item-level forecasting, assortment planning.
- Support the commercial team in creating the items (received from the sellers) to reflect on the website.
- Contact sellers for key commercial actions: stock replenishment, price competitiveness, deal uploads
- Submit items received from the Account/Category Manager correctly and making sure it is reflected on the website.
- Solve the sellers inquiries.
- Review and bring on new sellers opportunities.
- Perform required on-boarding formalities for organic sellers.
- Improve SKU's content as per commercial guidelines.
- Maintain the onboarding process to meet the criteria of seller performance.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a similar role
- Attention to detail
- Very good communication skills and high proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Good numerical background
