Role Objective
To build and enforce a disciplined sales engine across promoter staffing and digital services by maintaining strong pipeline visibility, CRM accuracy, and predictable revenue growth. This role is execution focused. Strategy is defined by the CEO. Execution is owned by this role.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Sales Engine Ownership (Primary 70%)
Daily CRM hygiene (no missing updates)
Fore fronting the revenue generation efforts with team
Lead assignment within 30 minutes
Follow-up tracking and enforcement
Pipeline visibility and accuracy
Weekly pipeline review meetings
Deal progression monitoring
Closing support where needed
Revenue forecasting KPIs
Consistent pipeline creation with team
100%+ CRM accuracy
Monthly revenue target achievement
Lead response time under 30 minutes
Proposal-to-close ratio improvement
Zero lead leakage
2. Event Staffing & Digital Revenue Management
Event Staffing Business
Track deployment pipeline
Ensure pricing discipline and margins
Maintain recurring B2B client base Digital Services:
Track proposal movement
Monitor onboarding timelines
Ensure smooth handover to delivery
3. Operational Discipline (Secondary 30%)
Enforce punctuality and attendance
Run weekly Sales & Operations meeting
Resolve internal blockers before escalation
Submit structured weekly written report to CEO
4. Requirements
58 years B2B sales experience
Experience managing significant monthly pipeline volume
Strong CRM usage (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or similar)
Experience managing sales team performance
SME environment experience preferred
Structured communicator
