Wicked by GL events Middle East is seeking a Commercial Project Coordinator to join our Sports & Hospitality division. This role plays a key part in developing winning proposals, coordinating complex event bids, and ensuring flawless client delivery across large-scale regional projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-functional pitch teams to secure major regional opportunities.
- Develop and manage detailed proposals, ensuring client briefs are fully understood and addressed.
- Coordinate third-party contractors and integrate their scope into comprehensive solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Projects, and Operations to align creative, technical, and commercial inputs.
- Create accurate quotations and pre-event P&L statements, ensuring commercial viability.
- Support project handovers to delivery teams with complete documentation and clarity.
- Maintain client portals and ensure timely follow-up on all sales inquiries (within 24 hours).
- Contribute to building scalable frameworks for event planning and business solutions.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years experience in large-scale event planning (overlay experience preferred)
- Strong commercial acumen and proposal management experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
- UAE resident, fluent in English, proficient in MS Office
