Role overview

Unwind Properties is expanding its commercial division and seeking a motivated Commercial Property Consultant to support occupiers and investors across Dubai's office, retail, and mixed-use sectors. The position focuses on advising clients through leasing and acquisition decisions while delivering data-driven market insight and strong transactional execution.

Core responsibilities

  • Engage with business owners and investors to understand space requirements, expansion plans, and investment objectives
  • Source and shortlist suitable commercial opportunities including offices, retail units, and income-producing assets
  • Perform market intelligence, comparable analysis, and on-site property viewings
  • Oversee the full leasing and transaction lifecycle from initial inquiry to deal completion
  • Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate documentation with legal and relevant stakeholders
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with landlords, developers, and institutional investors
  • Produce market reports, client briefings, and investment summaries to support decision-making
  • Advise clients on rental benchmarks, service charges, operating costs, and yield expectations
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and client activity tracking through the company CRM
  • Monitor regulatory updates, zoning considerations, and market trends within Dubai's commercial sector

Candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years experience in commercial real estate brokerage or advisory
  • Strong understanding of Dubai's commercial property landscape and key business districts
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build trust with corporate and investor clients
  • Demonstrated negotiation and deal-closing capability
  • Comfortable interpreting market data and financial metrics
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and real estate CRM tools
  • Self-driven mindset with a strong client-first approach
