Job Summary
REMAX ZAM is looking for a strong Commercial Real Estate Agent with the ability to bring commercial listings into the business. This role is focused on the supply side of the market. We already have demand and client requirements. What we need is an agent who can source, secure, and grow commercial inventory through market relationships, direct outreach, and strong business development.
The ideal candidate is not someone waiting only for company stock. We are looking for a commercially capable broker who understands how to build listing pipelines, access owners and landlords, and bring real opportunities into the company. This includes commercial categories such as offices, retail units, warehouses, labor camps, buildings, and commercial land, depending on the candidate's area of strength.
This role is aligned with the REMAX business model, where the agent is expected to take ownership of business generation, relationship building, market activity, and professional pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure commercial property listings from landlords, owners, investors, building owners, property managers, and other commercial property holders.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of exclusive, semi-exclusive, and open listings.
- Bring real commercial supply into the business and support the growth of the company's inventory base.
- Match sourced listings with active client requirements already available through the company.
- Develop strong market relationships with owners, landlords, investors, and commercial decision-makers.
- Conduct market mapping and area prospecting to identify listing opportunities.
- Maintain accurate listing details, pricing, availability, and required documents.
- Arrange and conduct viewings, negotiate terms, follow up on offers, and support transactions until closure.
- Keep all listings, leads, viewings, negotiations, and updates properly recorded in the company CRM and workflow tools.
- Work in line with company standards for professionalism, responsiveness, reporting, and client handling.
- Contribute to strengthening REMAX ZAM's commercial market presence through consistent activity and relationship development.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in commercial real estate in Dubai.
- Strong ability to source listings and build supply through personal network, market knowledge, and direct business development.
- Existing relationships with landlords, investors, building owners, property managers, or leasing contacts are a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of commercial asset classes, pricing logic, tenant and buyer requirements, and negotiation dynamics.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of commercial business generation.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Serious about pipeline management, client servicing, and execution discipline.
- Familiarity with CRM systems; Bitrix24 experience is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
