High-Value Transactions | Commission-Driven | Senior Commercial Broker
We are expanding our commercial division and are seeking highly experienced, Dubai-based Commercial Real Estate Brokers with an established network and a proven track record in closing commercial deals.
This role is designed for professionals who already understand the Dubai market, have existing client relationships, and are looking for a platform that offers serious deal flow, operational support, and uncapped earning potential, without micromanagement.
Your Role
- Leverage your existing client base and market presence to source and close commercial sales and leasing transactions
- Advise investors, landlords, and corporate occupiers across office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets
- Structure and negotiate high-value transactions, ensuring optimal outcomes for all stakeholders
- Conduct market-led advisory using in-depth knowledge of pricing, yields, and demand drivers
- Present professional investment proposals, feasibility insights, and comparative market analysis
- Maintain and expand relationships with developers, landlords, institutional investors, and private clients
- Stay current with RERA regulations, zoning, and market movements
- Operate with full autonomy while upholding exceptional client service standards
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of commercial real estate brokerage experience in Dubai
- Demonstrated success in closing commercial sales and leasing transactions
- Strong understanding of Dubai market dynamics, freehold vs leasehold areas, and regulatory frameworks
- Established network of owners, investors, and occupiers
- Commercially astute, self-managed, and results-oriented
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and advisory skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or other languages are an advantage)
- Valid UAE driving license
- Financial stability to operate in a commission-based environment
- Attested education certificate
