This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Broker located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, leasing, and managing commercial properties. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, negotiating lease agreements, representing tenants, and identifying investment opportunities. The broker will collaborate closely with both clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and support their real estate needs.

• Strong experience in Commercial Real Estate and Brokerage
• Proficiency in Lease Negotiations and Tenant Representation
• Proven track record in Sales, including developing and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Keen understanding of real estate market trends and local regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the UAE real estate market is an advantage
