Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts in Egypt for our luxury sports solutions and gym equipment brand. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, proven B2B sales experience, and established relationships within the sports and fitness industry in Egypt. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and expanding the brand's presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in Egypt.
- Identify, engage, and convert new B2B clients, including gyms, fitness centers, hotels, residential communities, and corporate wellness programs.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
- Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, design, logistics) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present regular updates to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the sports, fitness, or gym equipment industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience handling high-value sales deals.
- Established network and market relationships within the sports and fitness industry in Egypt.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to travel within Egypt as required.
Preferred Profile:
- Experience managing large-scale commercial projects or turnkey fitness installations.
- Familiarity with international gym equipment brands and sports solutions.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
