Commercial Specialist

AGR is part of the ABL Group and committed to working with the wider group resourcing talent. We are working with our segment company Longitude for this current requirement.

Longitude is recruiting for a Commercial/Contract and Legal Lead based in Egypt to work on a client project. This role will be based in Cairo at our clients office, initially on a 5-6 month contract.

This role is ideal for a candidate who has experience work directly with clients and ideally who has experience working with commercial optimization of product sale streams.

Roles and responsibilities

• Submitting international off-takers for ESAF , including all available contacts information and representatives

• Checking the capabilities of off-takers and sales agent

• Communicating with international off-takers in order to examine their interest regarding products off-take through long-term agreements in addition to the required product quantities, specifications and pricing mechanisms,

• Preparation of Short, Medium and Long-Term sales strategy plans

• Assisting in the preparation of term sheets with selected product off-takers

• Determining quantities, territories for selected off-takers in addition to the rational for selection

• Supporting and negotiating on behalf of the Owner with selected off-takers / on term sheets and agreements Commercial terms

• Implementation of Quality and Self-Verification across all aspects of Technical Delivery

• Consultant to inform Owner with the outcomes of these communications and provide all supported documents in this regard in addition to develop an action plan to deal with them

Work Experience

• SAF experience would be hugely beneficial but experience with traditional aviation fuel or oil and gas would be suitable
• Extensive experience in a similar role

Language Skills

• Written and spoken English required
• Written and spoken Arabic would be beneficial

Location

• This role is ideally suited for a candidate already based in Cairo but candidates outside of Egypt will also be considered. The position would be based in country for the duration of the project
