Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Specialist, based in Dubai, with the flexibility to work remotely when necessary. Responsibilities include overseeing property sales and leasing, negotiating commercial deals, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with various stakeholders to manage purchasing activities. You will play a key role in driving commercial performance and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for liaising with clients and providing exceptional service
• Experience in Sales and Account Management to manage client accounts and meet performance targets
• Knowledge of Purchasing processes and ability to effectively handle negotiations
• Proficiency in organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in both in-office and remote settings
• Familiarity with the Dubai property market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field preferred
